WHY GRADES 3-6?
We've intentionally grouped grades 3-6 together because of the unique role 6th graders can play in this environment. After transitioning to middle school, 6th graders often find themselves at the bottom of a new social hierarchy. This workshop gives them an opportunity to step back into a leadership position - setting an example for younger students while building their own confidence. Meanwhile, 3rd-5th graders benefit enormously from having older peers to look up to. Sixth graders are close enough in age to feel relatable, but experienced enough to inspire. This creates a collaborative, supportive atmosphere where students of all ages thrive together.
Where Young Artists Discover Their Voice

PHYSICAL THEATRE
Tell stories through movement.
ENSEMBLE BUILDING
Collaboration and teamwork skills.
STAGE FUNDAMENTALS
Discover the magic of theatre.
Through games, exercises, and collaborative devising, students build confidence, creativity, and essential life skills in a supportive environment.
Create Something Amazing Together
Over 8 weeks, students will devise an original performance combining storytelling and physical theatre. Some will be narrators guiding the story while others bring scenes to life through movement and tableaux.
Families are invited to celebrate their creativity in our final showcase!
Learn from a Professional
I'm a Guildhall School of Music and Drama graduate with 18 years of professional acting experience, including roles in 9-1-1, Kung Fu, Allegiance, and the Emmy-winning Black Mirror episode "San Junipero."
Drama made all the difference for me. When I was being bullied in my tween years, theatre became my safe space — where I found confidence, community, and essential life skills that shaped my career and life.
I believe drama education develops collaboration, confidence, empathy, and leadership — qualities that help young people thrive in every aspect of life, not just the arts.
